2. Local application storage

In version 1.4.0, records are stored on the user's device. Codes by Erax does not automatically receive, synchronize, or view data entered in the application.

Users and their institutions are responsible for purpose, access, retention, and security.

3. Website forms

Forms may collect name, email, professional role, version, and submitted content to respond, provide support, and plan improvements.

• Do not submit student names;
• Do not submit health data, documents, or identifiable academic information;
• Include only what is necessary.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to fulfill requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve products. Consent may be withdrawn where applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, and security providers may process data strictly to operate the service under appropriate obligations.

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Data is retained only as needed for its purpose, legal obligations, and abuse prevention.
